Good to know

Before you book

Do I need an appointment to visit a showroom?
No — walk-ins are welcome at Union, Paramus and Rochelle Park every day they are open. Booking a time means a designer is expecting you, the displays you asked about are pulled, and the 3D design starts the moment you arrive.
What is an online design consultation?
A video call (Google Meet, Zoom or FaceTime — your choice) with one of our designers. Share your measurements and photos beforehand; the designer talks through the layout, the lines that fit the budget and the next steps, and can show a first 3D layout on screen. About thirty minutes, free.
Is the appointment confirmed when I send the request?
Not yet. The showroom checks the calendar and confirms by text or call — usually the same business day, always within one business day. If the time is taken you will be offered the nearest alternatives.
What should I bring or send?
Rough wall lengths with window and door positions, photos of the current room from each corner, screenshots of kitchens you like, and a budget range — even a loose one. For online consultations, upload the photos with the form or send them to the showroom's e-mail after it confirms.
How long does a showroom visit take?
Plan on 45 to 90 minutes for a kitchen: walking the displays, the 3D design and the line-by-line estimate. Bathrooms and countertop-only visits are shorter.
Do you come to the house to measure?
Yes, once a kitchen is being designed: before anything is ordered a designer measures and photographs the room so the final drawings match it exactly. The showroom arranges the measuring visit with you after the design — it is not booked from this page.
Which showroom should I choose?
The closest one, usually: Union on Route 22 East serves Union, Essex, Middlesex and Somerset counties; Paramus on Route 17 North and Rochelle Park on Route 17 South serve Bergen, Passaic and Rockland. The service-areas pages show drive times from every town.
