Montclair new build: white shaker kitchen, oak bar and five baths
A Montclair new build fitted throughout: a white shaker kitchen with a Calacatta island on an oak base and a 48-inch range, an oak bar, a mudroom wall, a walnut primary vanity with freestanding tub, and basement bar and baths in black.
About this project
Another whole-house package, this time in a renovated Montclair four-square. The kitchen runs the width of the house: white shaker on the walls, an oak island with a Calacatta-pattern top and four black stools, and a 48-inch range under a stainless chimney hood.
A separate oak bar with a beverage center sits off the dining room; the mudroom gets a bench with cubbies and hooks.
The primary bath has a walnut floating vanity under a brass-framed mirror and a freestanding tub beside a glass shower; the basement gets a black bar and a black-vanity bath.
