Project 42: Navy and white shaker kitchen with picket tile and crystal pendants
A two-tone shaker kitchen: navy base cabinets and a navy island with brass pulls under marble-look quartz, white uppers with glass-mullion doors either side of a white custom hood, a white picket-tile backsplash and three crystal pendants over the island.
About this kitchen
The color sits low: navy shaker on every base cabinet and on the island, with brass pulls, under a marble-look quartz counter. Above the counter everything is white — shaker uppers, a white custom hood and a picket-shaped white tile that runs the full range wall.
Glass-mullion doors flank the hood, and three crystal pendants hang over the navy island, which seats four on gray upholstered stools with brass-capped legs. The floor is a pale hardwood that keeps the navy from going dark.
The stainless refrigerator and double wall ovens sit in the white tall run at the end of the room, beside the windows.
