About this kitchen
The vaulted ceiling sets the tone: white shaker cabinets run to a flat crown line, and two brass-trimmed glass pendants drop from the peak over the island. The perimeter is white with black pulls, a marble-look quartz counter and a gray glazed subway tile that climbs behind the stainless hood.
The island is black shaker — the one dark piece in the room — with the same marble-look quartz on top, and a patterned rug under it on the dark floor. Black-framed windows either side of the range wall match it.
The kitchen opens to a dining area with a long dark table under a honeycomb globe pendant, and a run of white cabinets with an undercounter wine fridge serves both rooms.
