Which white?

Hold three white sample doors against a Calacatta-pattern quartz and the difference is obvious: a bright white (Fabuwood Frost, Shiloh Arctic, 21st Century Dove White) reads crisp and slightly cool; a warm white (Shiloh Soft White, Adornus Alabaster, Crystal Simply White) sits better with brass, oak floors and cream stone; an off-white or cream (Shiloh Eggshell, Forevermark Townplace Crema) belongs in a traditional room with a glaze.
